Microwave Steamed Egg Custard

Prepare a small bowl and beat two eggs in it

Beat the eggs, add a little water, preferably warm water, and beat them again
3.
Take a spoon and skim off all the foam in the egg liquid

After skimming the foam, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, and pierce a few small holes in the wrap to facilitate ventilation
5.
Put it in the microwave and heat for two minutes, more than two minutes will easily explode
6.
Take out the egg two minutes later, the egg will be steamed, add some light soy sauce, sesame oil, mark small pieces, the egg custard is ready
