Microwave Steamed Fish

Wash the fish, put a few knives on the top and bottom of the fish, then sprinkle the cooking wine, salt, green onion, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce on the fish. Marinate for about 20 minutes

Cut the prepared green onion, ginger, and garlic into small cubes for later use

Put the marinated tilapia in the microwave, heat it for 7 minutes and take it out. After taking it out, check if the fish is dry. If not, sprinkle the soup on the fish and heat it for 5 minutes, if it is dry , Pour in water and reheat for 5 minutes.

Pour two tablespoons of oil into the pot, heat two tablespoons of soy sauce until boiling hot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute.
