Microwave Version Double Mushroom Bitter Gourd

The main materials are ready;

Wash shiitake mushrooms, remove stalks, and shred, wash tea tree mushrooms and cut into sections, remove seeds and slice bitter gourd, and slice garlic cloves for later use;
