Microwave Version Mini Peach Shortbread

Pour flour and corn flour into the seasoning bowl and mix well

Sift the evenly mixed powder on both sides of the sieve

Add a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar

Add the right amount of cooking oil

Knead the dough until smooth

Put the dough in the refrigerator for one hour

Crush the walnuts

Take out the refrigerated dough, knead a small tuft on top of the chopped walnuts, and knead it into small balls

Put all the rolled balls and press them in the center with your fingers (the shape is sinking in the center)

Put it into the microwave and put it on medium heat for 2 minutes. Take it out and turn the cake over. After another two minutes on medium heat, see if it looks good. If it’s not good, just bite it for another half a minute.
Tips:
1. White sugar is best to be used in powder, otherwise it should not be melted
2. My microwave oven is 800W, please adjust the baking time according to your own microwave oven
