Microwave Version of Bacon and Enoki Mushroom Rolls

Prepare the raw materials, cut the bacon from the middle, wash the enoki mushrooms with water, cut off the roots, and divide them into portions for later use.

Wrap the enoki mushrooms in bacon and roll them.

Brush with barbecue sauce, you can choose your favorite flavor. Mine is the original flavor. Select the barbecue button in the microwave oven, put it in and bake for about three minutes, take it out and turn it over, then brush the sauce and bake it for three minutes until the time is over.
Tips:
My microwave oven roasts 200 grams of meat for ten minutes. Flip back and forth to brush the sauce in time, add more flavor, and control the heat.
