Microwave Version of Cumin Flavored Potato Chips

Peel and slice potatoes (thin as much as possible)

Soak potato chips in water for 5-10 minutes to remove some of the starch

Remove the moisture on the surface of the potato chips with a clean kitchen towel

Pour in cumin powder and a small amount of pepper and stir evenly so that each potato slice is covered with powder
5.
Place the microwaveable plate in the microwave on high heat for three minutes to preheat, then place the potato chips flat on the plate in the microwave on high heat for two minutes, then the reverse side for two minutes
6.
Take out the paper and let it cool

The microwave time is related to the thinness of the potato chips, the thinner the shorter the time, the crisper the potato chips
