Milk Biscuit-kitten Stealing Hazelnuts

1. Prepare the ingredients, cut the raisins as much as possible and set aside

2. The butter melts into a milkshake state in warm water

3. Add sugar, salt and stir well

4. Pour in low-gluten flour and stir

5. Pour the milk, knead the raisins to the dough state, and do not disperse it.

6. Spread cling film on the panel, put in the dough, and then spread a layer of cling film, and use a rolling pin to roll into slices about 3 mm

7. Use a kitten mold to print out the shape of the biscuit and remove it for later use. Repeat the kneading of the remaining dough and print the biscuit separately until the dough is used up.

8. Roll the kitten's tail with hazelnuts

9. Brush a layer of oil on the baking tray to prevent the bottom from getting muddy

10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 5 minutes, turn into creamy white finish

Tips:

After adding milk and noodles, the flavor is more milky. If you like sweeter friends, you can add more sugar or condensed milk
