Milk Bread

Align the mixing blade with the semicircle of the rotating shaft and insert it into the bread bucket, and pour the milk.

Add butter.

Put salt in a corner near the bread bucket.

Put sugar in the other corner of the bread bucket.

Beat in the eggs and add the flour.

Press a small hole on the flour and add instant yeast powder.

Stir the ingredients briefly.

Put the bread bucket into the bread machine, turn it clockwise, lock the bread bucket in the bread machine, close the top cover of the bread machine, turn on the power, select the required menu function, and the machine starts to work.

After baking, the bread machine beeps, open the top cover, put on heat-insulating gloves, take out the bread bucket, and pour out the bread to cool.

Slice and enjoy.
Tips:
1. When putting in the flour, make the flour cover the whole liquid to facilitate the addition of yeast powder.
2. Make sure that the yeast powder does not come into contact with the liquid when putting in the yeast powder.
3. It is best to use instant yeast powder for bread making.
