Milk Bread
1.
I didn’t use butter for all the ingredients I used. I used vegetable oil, or olive oil, but it’s not recommended to use peanut oil because it has a strong taste.
2.
2 Put eggs, milk, sugar, salt, walnut oil in the bread bucket first, then put in the high-gluten flour, poke a hole in the flour with your fingers, and finally put in the yeast.
3.
Put the bread bucket into the bread machine, rotate it and clamp it in place.
4.
After turning on the power, use the knob at the lower right corner to select Program 4, which is the Hefeng Soft Bread Program. The default time is 3 hours and 50 minutes. The function button can be rotated left and right. Press the function button once to switch to weight, and press it again to switch to burnt color. You can also rotate left and right to adjust the bread weight and burnt degree. If you don’t change it, the default burn color of the bread maker is medium and the weight is 750 grams.
5.
After pressing the start button, the bread maker will run automatically. After a while, it will be turned into a dough. The walls of the bucket are still clean. There is no need to scrape the sides of the bucket and there is no residual flour in the four corners.
6.
After the bread machine has been running for 50 minutes, pull a piece of dough to see how the film is coming out. A very thin film can already be pulled out. The speed of the bread machine is strong, so it is easy to punch out the glove film. In addition, when checking the mask, it is best to apply a little oil on your hands, especially when the dough is soft, pull up a piece of dough or cut a piece of dough, and gently and gradually expand the dough outward with your hands.
7.
When the bread machine is over, a big toast is out, the coloring is also good, and the start is also very good.
8.
Pour out the bread while it is hot and place it on the wire rack. When it is warm to your hand, you can put it in a fresh-keeping bag. Let it cool thoroughly before slicing.
Tips:
The liquid used in winter is best at room temperature or warm, not more than 40 degrees.
