Milk Chocolate Nut Bars

Ready to make milk bars. Ingredients: 90 grams of flour, 10 grams of milk powder, 50 grams of milk, 10 grams of powdered sugar, 10 grams of butter, and 1 gram of yeast.

Melt the butter and mix the powdered ingredients.

Pour butter and milk into the container and mix well.

Harmonize into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap, and wake up for about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle a little dry powder on the chopping board to prevent sticking, and dry the dough into a crust about 2-3 mm thick.

Cut evenly into strips about 7-8 mm wide.

Put it in a baking tray lined with greased paper.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees, lower the heat to 170 degrees and preheat for 2 minutes, put it in the middle of the oven and heat to 180 degrees and lower the heat to 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. Nuts The pistachios I use here can be replaced with other types of almonds, walnuts, sesame and so on.
2. Since there was no chocolate at home for a while, I bought two pieces sold in the supermarket, and it was a bit dry after melting, adding a little water and mixing it evenly before using it.
