Milk Egg Apple Pancakes

Shred apple

Add flour, eggs, milk, and sugar and mix well to form a paste.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan and pour the batter.

Fry on both sides until golden and cooked.
Tips:
1. A little bit of salt can be added to the batter.
2. Milk is easier to paste into the pan, so use low fire pancakes.
