Milk-flavored Jujube-flavored Buns
1.
The material is shown in the picture. Angel yeast, appropriate amount of white sugar, candied dates and date powder, I use pretty daughters. Yili milk powder, flour (ordinary flour)
2.
Just use ordinary household flour, I used 2 and a half bowls.
3.
Put flour on a clean bowl. Add jujube powder.
4.
Then add milk powder, sugar, and 3g yeast.
5.
Mix all the ingredients well, and then add warm water.
6.
Add warm water to the flour several times in small amounts. Knead it into a flocculent shape, then knead it into a dough.
7.
When kneaded together, the "three-light policy" is enough, with face, hands, and basins.
8.
The kneaded dough can be sealed with plastic wrap or a damp cloth. Put it in a warm place and ferment for 30min-1h.
9.
When the dough has grown to the original dough, twice as large, or larger. It's fermented!
10.
Put the dough on the flour and knead it. Knead into a dough.
11.
Knead the dough into a thick long dough
12.
Use a knife to cut the dough into equal-sized noodles!
13.
Take out a small piece of dough and knead it into a strip
14.
Roll the noodles in opposite directions from both ends
15.
Rolled into such an S shape
16.
Use chopsticks to clamp the dough into a pattern. But don't pinch off.
17.
Cut the candied dates into small pieces and place them on the four petals.
18.
Knead the other dough into a smooth dough. Put it on the panel and let it stand for about 5 minutes
19.
Spread flour or oil on the steamer to prevent the dough from sticking! Put cold water into the steamer, steam for 15-20min, then simmer for 2-3min, then it can be out of the pot
Tips:
1: When there is no hard white flour in the steamed buns and the dough becomes elastic, it is fine. 2: The amount of sugar added to the steamed bun. According to personal taste, you can also add 3: or add a little salt. 4: Add jujube powder, sesame powder, corn flour or dried fruit grains to the noodles. Make steamed buns more nutritious!
