I was away from home some time ago and went to the Geng’s house to celebrate the New Year. I only came back the day before yesterday. I haven’t posted any recipes for several days.

Milk-flavored Red Jujube Porridge

1. Prepare rice, glutinous rice, red beans, black rice, brown rice, lotus seeds, and pinto beans

2. Soak the whole grains overnight

3. Wash and soak red dates

4. Wash the soaked cereals and put them in a rice cooker, add enough water to boil for 30 minutes

5. Open the lid of the rice cooker, add red dates, cover the lid and cook for 30 minutes

6. Then add rock sugar and rye flakes and cook for 20 minutes

7. Pour two spoons of honey

8. Pour half a bag of pure milk and cook for 5 minutes
