Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in the order of liquid first and then flour and knead until the expansion stage, then add the softened butter and knead until the complete stage.

Put the kneaded dough into a basin and cover with plastic wrap.

Ferment in a warm place to about twice its original size.

The fermented dough is taken out and exhausted.

Divide equally into 10 equal portions, each 35 grams, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about a quarter of an hour. (The remaining dough makes salty cheese bread)

Round again, just into the round non-stick mold.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to about twice the size in a warm and humid place.

Put it in the preheated oven, in the middle and lower level, at 170 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes.
