Milk Mango Sago

Sprinkle the sago with boiled water, slowly let it cook over medium heat and occasionally fish it to avoid sticking to the pan. Peel and cut the mango into small pieces.

Boil the sago until it's transparent, pour in pure milk, add some sugar to boil and turn off the heat.

Let the sago dew cool before adding the mango.

You can squeeze some condensed milk if you like the creamy smell. I squeezed a lot.

The mango must wait for the sago to cool before putting it.
