Milk Oatmeal and Wolfberry Bird's Nest Soup

Take a bird's nest (generally treasure tianzhan is about 5 grams) and put it into the stewing pot;

Pour in an appropriate amount of pure water for soaking;

After soaking for 4 hours, take it out and tear it into filaments, pick out the remaining fine hairs, and change to new pure water to continue soaking;

Soak for 4 hours and take it out; put it in the steamer and bring it to a boil, then put it in the stewing pot

Put it into the stewing pot and turn to low heat after about 30 seconds

After simmering for half an hour, take it out, put half of the simmered bird’s nest in a sealed bottle, put it in the refrigerator after cooling, and use the remaining half;

Try to use good milk

Boil the milk

Add 2 scoops of instant oats and continue to simmer for 2 minutes with the lid closed;

Put the stewed bird's nest into the milk oats;

Put the wolfberry in and you're done
Tips:
1. According to personal taste preference, add a little rock sugar or honey in an appropriate amount;
2. Take it on an empty stomach in the morning, eat half an hour after taking it, and take it 2 hours after dinner;
3. The bird's nest must be stewed, and no condiments should be added during the stewing process;
4. The water used for the second soaking is not necessary to pour, save it for stewing;
5. The stewing time of bird's nest must not be too long. It is recommended to prepare a timer.
