In fact, doing this this time was inspired by "Shuangpi Milk".
In fact, I have always wanted to try to make double skin milk, but I have never understood why double skin milk has to be made with a layer of milk skin first. What is the point of tossing it again? Two layers of milk, can you see it when you eat it? Or is it to say that the taste is different after one more toss? and many more. . . Because I have always had such doubts, and I couldn't find the explanation I wanted on the Internet, this time I just made reference to the method of double skin milk, but did not toss the layer of milk.
However, something went wrong when I made it, and I forgot to put plastic wrap on the bowl of noodles when I put it in the pot. . . result. . . There is a lot of overflow in the small bowl, but there is no problem in the larger bowl. . . Take a photo and eat it quickly. It's really tender and tender, and the tender taste melts in the mouth~~"

【milk Protein Soup】——very Very Tender Taste

1. Take 2 eggs and separate the white and yolk

2. Add 1 tablespoon of caster sugar to the egg whites

3. Stir well

4. The milk is heated until the edges boil slightly

5. Pour into the egg white

6. Stir well

7. Filter 2 times

8. Pour into the container, about 8 minutes full

9. Put it in a steamer that has boiled water

10. Leave a gap when covering the lid. Turn on medium heat and steam for about 15 minutes. After turning off the heat, wait for 2~3 minutes before removing the lid.

11. After being out of the pan, let it cool for a while and put strawberry jam and strawberry to decorate.

Tips:

1. I found out that I forgot to cover the plastic wrap after steaming on the pot, so I used the method of opening the lid a little bit to leave a gap; if the plastic wrap is covered, there is no need to leave this gap~

2. The size of the container used should be appropriate, too large and not easy to be cooked, too small may cause overflow;

3. 1 tablespoon of sugar, I personally feel that the taste is relatively light, but it is just right after putting jam; if you don't put jam, you need to increase the amount of sugar according to your personal taste;
