Milk Tea Cupcakes

Prepare ingredients

Knock the eggs in a large bowl.

Put the dry ingredients flour, milk tea, and baking powder together and stir evenly.

After the eggs are beaten, add oil and milk and mix well.

Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir.

Stir until the dry ingredients are wet (it’s okay if there are particles)

Pour two-thirds of it into a paper cup (it will expand during baking so don’t fill it up)

Preheat the oven at 175° for 5 minutes and put it in a paper cup; 175°, middle layer, bake for 15 minutes.

Bake the cake until it bulges and the surface is golden, then simmer for 5 minutes, and let it cool before taking it out.

Tips:
Pour two-thirds of the ingredients into the paper cup, and it will expand during baking, so don’t fill it up.
