Milk Tea Toast (one Fermentation)

Prepare all the materials.

Add milk and eggs to the bread maker.

Pour two packets of milk tea powder into the bread maker. The sugar and salt are placed on the two corners.

Pour the high and low flour, and dig a hole to put in the yeast.

According to the dough procedure, knead into a smooth dough.

Add the softened butter and continue to knead the dough.

Knead until you can pull out a large piece of film.

Tips:
1. Sugar and salt must be placed separately under the flour to avoid contact with yeast prematurely
2. Each kind of flour has different water absorption capacity, reserve 10 grams to see the state and add water
3. This is a sweet toast. If you don't like sweet, you can reduce sugar appropriately
