Bread machine function, fermented to double the size, can also be put into the oven, put the baking tray into warm water to ferment to double the size. There is a layer of small bubbles on the surface. If you press it down with your hands, it will shrink back, indicating that the fermentation has been successful. It takes one hour in winter and 40 minutes in summer.

Take out the dough and knead it by hand for 15 minutes. Rub with the palm of your hand.

Divide into three evenly sized doughs.
