1.
After softening butter + powdered sugar, salt, and rubber spatula, mix well, then beat evenly with an electric whisk.
2.
Add egg liquid and beat evenly. Sift in low powder and mix well with a rubber spatula to form a dough.
3.
Wrap the dough in cling film and roll it into a dough sheet (you can repeatedly pull the cling film until the surface of the dough sheet is flat) and freeze it in the refrigerator for half an hour to make the dough sheet a little harder and easier to mold.
4.
Choose the cookie mold you like.
5.
Use a biscuit mold to press out various shapes and place them on the baking tray.
6.
I made two portions of the dough, and the other portion added 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder to replace the low powder to form a cocoa dough. The two pieces of dough can finally be pressed together and flattened to create a camouflage effect.
7.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees in advance and bake for about 15-20 minutes. The surface can be colored golden.

Tips:
The addition of salt can neutralize sugars and will not be too sweet. It only needs a little bit.
