Milky Corn Hair Cake

Mix white flour, corn flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt evenly.

Melt the yeast with warm milk.

Pour milk into the flour mixture and knead it into a dough.

Spread a layer of oil on the bottom and sides of the mold, and put the dough in.

Ferment in a warm place to double its size.

Tips:
1. Milk can't be scalded, it will kill the yeast. Just a little warm.
2. If the temperature is not enough, you can heat up the water in the steamer and put the container in the steamer to ferment. Note that the temperature cannot be too high.
3. Adding sugar and baking powder to the dough can make the rice cake ferment better.
4. The amount of milk should be added according to the water absorption of your own flour.
5. There must be enough time to evaporate the cake, otherwise it will be unpalatable.
