Milky Cute Pig Steamed Buns

1. Knead flour with pure milk and yeast to form a smooth white dough. Flour with pumpkin juice and yeast knead to form a smooth yellow dough. Let stand and ferment for 30 minutes. Divide into two doughs (large white and small yellow)

2. Knead the white dough until the surface is smooth

3. Roll out the yellow dough

4. Cut into two small triangles

5. The two longer horns are folded inward to form two small ears

6. Take off a little yellow dough and round it into a nose. Two black sesame seeds are the eyes.

7. Dip a small amount of water on the eyes, ears, and nose, stick to the body, poke two nostrils on the nose with chopsticks

8. Steam for 15 minutes and it's done!

9. The kids are doing pretty well, right! Haha~

Tips:

If the ears, eyes and nose are not wet, they will fall off easily when steaming~
Another: Don't put too much yeast, otherwise the dough will be over-fermented and it will be a little bit deformed like the picture!
