Milky Mango Sago
1.
Put water in a pot and boil, pour sago.
2.
Boil for about 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer until there is no white heart inside.
3.
The braised sago is rinsed with cold water to remove the starch on the surface.
4.
Dice the mango pulp and set aside.
5.
Pick up the rinsed sago to control the water and place it in a cup.
6.
Pour the milk, add the mango pulp, and drizzle with honey.
Tips:
1. Because pure milk is used, no sugar is added, so honey is topped at the end to increase the sweetness. Students who don’t have honey can use sweet milk or add sugar to milk. Coconut milk is also very good.
2. According to personal preference and season, you can also change the fruit used.
