Milky White Crucian Fish Tofu Soup
1.
Cut the crucian carp belly and wash it, cut three knives on the fish back, sprinkle some salt and marinate for 5 minutes, prepare a piece of northern tofu, shred ginger, and slice garlic.
2.
Cut the coriander into sections for later use, and cut the tofu into sections for later use...
3.
Add oil to the pot and heat up, add the crucian carp. Slowly fry on medium heat!
4.
After five minutes, turn to the other side and fry slowly. Fry until browned on both sides. Don't turn it randomly during the frying process, because it will easily crack the fish skin.
5.
After frying, add ginger and garlic slices. Pour two bowls of clean water into the pot after the fragrance is released. Bring to a boil!
6.
Put in the tofu cubes prepared before... and wait until it is boiled again!
7.
After boiling, add red pepper. You don’t need to add it. I add it here to make it look good.
8.
After boiling for about three minutes, add coriander and salt to taste.
9.
After serving in a minute, the fragrant and white crucian tofu soup is a success!
Tips:
When cleaning the crucian carp, the black film in the abdomen should be scraped off. The advantage of this is that the fish will not be so fishy!
