Millet Lingzhi Porridge
1.
Wash the millet thoroughly, wash the Ganoderma lucidum slices, break into pieces, and wash the wolfberry.
2.
Add about 1000ml of water to the electric pot, put millet and ganoderma lucidum slices into it.
3.
Bring the fire to a boil, then transfer to a low fire. During this time, stir with a spoon to prevent sticking to the pan. About 30 minutes later, add wolfberry.
4.
Cook for another two minutes, pick out the Ganoderma lucidum slices, pour into a bowl and eat.
Tips:
1. I usually drink porridge at home and put some Ganoderma lucidum, which is good for the body. For the Ganoderma, I use Qi Datang's imitated wild Basswood Purple Ganoderma. It is not bitter, and it is quite good. It is suitable for middle-aged and elderly people. Ganoderma slices can't be eaten, change them at a time.
2. Put the wolfberry in later and you can eat it. I use black wolfberry. The price is more expensive, but the nutritional price is higher.
3. You have to choose fresh millet, not stale rice, the taste will be much worse. The boiled time must be enough, at least half an hour or more.
4. Don't be lazy. Just stir the pot at any time to prevent the bottom from sticking. Once the bottom is sticky, the pot of porridge can't be used. Try to uncover the pot as little as possible when simmering. Put enough water in the pot, do not add water halfway, and boil.
