This millet meatball is easy to make, nutritious and delicious. The millet tastes soft and waxy, nourishes the yin and nourishes the blood, and the meatballs are elastic. Using steaming method, less oil and fat, and with refreshing broccoli, the nutrition is more balanced and healthier. "

Millet Meatballs

1. Main ingredients: millet soaked in cold water a few hours in advance, pork stuffing, broccoli (I soaked millet one night in advance and used it at noon the next day)

2. The soaked millet is dried to control the moisture and put on a plate for later use

3. Add the minced green onion, ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, edible oil, sesame oil and other seasonings to the meat filling and stir until thick

4. Take some minced meat and make a ball with your hands

5. Put it in the millet in controlled dry water and roll it around so that the balls are covered with the millet.

6. Put all the balls in the pot and steam for 20 minutes.

7. Break the broccoli into small flowers when making the couscous

8. Wash and blanch water

9. Broccoli is decorated with a little salt and MSG oil to make the dish more balanced.

10. Take out the steamed meatballs

11. Just decorate the mixed broccoli on the plate.

Tips:

It is best to soak millet in advance so that it is easy to cook when steamed.
Millet is more oily, and it’s best to make the meat filling a little fatter, so that the millet will be more oily and delicious.
