Millet Pepper/chili Stir-fried Chicken

Chicken breast/drumstick meat, diced with cooking wine, ginger slices, sugar-salt marinated, millet pepper cut into sections, boiled to remove the spiciness/dried peppers directly cut into sections, garlic slices, green onions cut 4-5cm sections/green onions cut into sections

Pour out the diced chicken with cooking wine and ginger (slightly pat in a little starch to make it even), add oil to the pan, add chili garlic slices and green onion, then add the chicken diced and stir fry a few times, add a little sugar soy sauce and wait until the diced chicken is cooked.
