Millet Polenta
1.
Wash and then soak the hair. The corn kernels are quick-frozen in the refrigerator in advance, so soak them softly.
2.
Put all the ingredients in, add water and start to simmer. I put the rock sugar after simmering for half an hour. If the porridge becomes thick and thick, you can add some water.
3.
Simmer for about 60 minutes, and a fragrant corn porridge is out.
Tips:
The steps of this course are simple and clear, and there are a lot of materials (there is just a little left in the house and I don’t want to waste it, so I put them all).
Also, I usually cook the porridge with a rice cooker, which makes it softer and glutinous. There are also electric cookers at home, but I still prefer rice cookers when I use them.
