Millet Porridge

Wash the brown rice and millet and put them in the pot, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 20 minutes.

Add yam and boil for another 10 minutes.
3.
Add a handful of oats and cook for 5 minutes.
4.
Finally, add a few saffron, add rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
