Millet Pumpkin Cake

Soak the millet in clean water (1 hour)

Pour out the water and use a food processor to make a powder slurry and filter it with a fine gauze to control it dry (I made it at night, and the slurry was controlled overnight)

Pumpkin cooked in the microwave and let cool

Separate the egg yolks and add 5 grams of sugar to stir

Add 5 grams of white sugar to the egg yolk, stir and mix, stir in the millet flour, stir well, sieve in the low flour and baking powder, stir and stir well

Add white wine and white sugar to make dry foam

Add them to the batter in batches, stir and stir evenly, pour into the steaming pan to shake out bubbles

Stir in the pumpkin puree

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam for 30 minutes
