Millet Steamed Custard

Clear and clean the millet, soak in water for more than half an hour, peel the sweet potato, wash and cut into thin slices;

Boil the soaked millet with about 2 cm of water soaked in the ingredients for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it stand to cool for later use;

Knock the eggs into a bowl, beat them evenly, add 2 times warm water or cool white to boil, beat them again, and filter them through a sieve;

Tips:
1. The ratio of eggs to water can be between 1:1 and 1:2, the more water the more tender the eggs, but too much is not shaped;
2. Please refer to the heat conduction thickness of your own kitchenware for the steaming time;
