Millet Stewed Beef

The fat cow is blanched with boiling water to slightly change the color, and it does not need to be fully cooked. Coriander, chives, and minced soaked ginger.

The millet is cooked into porridge, which can be slightly thicker.

After the porridge is cooked, put the beef slices, coriander, and chopped green onion and ginger on the porridge.

Boil a little bit of hot oil with a rice spoon, and pour it onto the green onion and ginger.

Add a teaspoon of oyster sauce to the pot.

Stir all the ingredients well, add salt and pepper and cook for five minutes.

Tips:
If you don’t like coriander, you can switch to parsley or other green leafy vegetables.
