Millet Sweet Potato Congee

Peel the sweet potatoes and prepare them. For the big red dates, I use large ones, but I can use a few more for the small ones.

Red dates, cut the jujube meat

Cut sweet potatoes into pieces about 1 cm square

Wash the millet and put all the ingredients in the rice cooker (or a boiling pot is fine)

After boiling the water for 15 minutes, it is already very viscous. You can check the amount of water. You can add some boiling water according to personal preference.

Cook for another 10 minutes
Tips:
Don’t cut the sweet potato too big. I cut it about one centimeter to the square. It will be cooked with the millet. The taste is amazing.
