Minced Meat and Dried Shrimp Steamed Egg

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. The dried shrimp should be soaked in advance, soft and chopped.

Put two eggs in cold boiled water, add salt and mix thoroughly and set aside.

Put the ginger paste in a frying pan and sauté the shrimp rice until fragrant.

Add minced meat and fry until the color changes.

Add the fried minced meat to the egg mixture.

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, change to low heat and steam for 6 minutes. (The steaming time should be adjusted appropriately according to the amount of eggs and heat)

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and add some sesame oil to make it more fragrant.
Tips:
The dried shrimp must be sautéed so that it won't have a fishy smell. Egg liquid occupies one-third, and water takes two-thirds. Eggs steamed with cold boiled water are tender and smooth.
