My friend sent me a box of rice noodles, and I mainly eat rice noodles these days. This rice noodle is Q-bomb, and it is not sticky after cooking for a long time, and the taste is really good. Today, I will use minced meat and eggs to make a mix of noodles. Now the weather is not so cold, and some noodles are also very flavorful.

Minced Meat and Egg Mix

1. Prepare rice noodles, lettuce, minced meat, green onions, and eggs.

2. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the minced meat to loosen the flavor.

3. Then add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar to taste, cook until the sauce is fragrant, and then set aside

4. Raise a pot, add water to a boil, and add rice noodles.

5. After the rice noodles are cooked through, control the water and take them out of the pot.

6. Then add the fried minced meat sauce to the rice noodles.

7. Then fry a portion of the egg crust, shred it and mix with the mixed rice noodles.

Tips:

After the rice noodles are cooked, you can use cold water to make the rice noodles more smooth.
