Prepare the ingredients. It’s best to use pork belly. I bought fat and lean meat, and my family likes to eat meat with the skin. If you don’t like it, you can remove the skin.

Tear the cabbage into pieces by hand, not too small, cut the meat into slices, cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the bean soak into oblique corners, cut the green onion, slice ginger, slice thick garlic, and cut dried chili into circles

Put more in the pot than usual, because stewed cabbage is more oily, and the oil is less. The stewed vegetables are not fragrant, so put two star anises and fry them.

Add the scallion, ginger, garlic, dried chili and stir fry until the fat is a bit transparent

Add cabbage

Stir-fry the cabbage and put on the soy sauce and fuel consumption

After stir-frying, add a small bowl of water, don’t put too much water, the cabbage will have water

Put in the washed vermicelli, pour in bean foam and tofu cubes

Add appropriate amount of salt for seasoning. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer. During the period, please turn over with a spatula to prevent sticking to the bottom

After the cabbage is simmered soft, turn the heat to the soup
