Tofu Dumplings

Take a large bowl, add minced minced meat, crushed tofu and chopped green onion, add some sesame oil and stir to lock in moisture.

Add appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder and light soy sauce and mix well in one direction, and the dumpling filling is ready.

Take a dumpling wrapper and add a proper amount of stuffing to make a dumpling.

Pour water in the pot to bring to a boil, add dumplings to a boil over high heat, add a small bowl of cold water, cover the pot and bring to a boil, then add cold water twice to boil.
