Minced Meat Corn Egg Custard

Rinse the corn kernels, wash them, and blanch them in a boiling water pot for one minute.

Chop the lean meat into minced meat, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger for later use.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir well.

Pour a small amount of oil in the wok to heat up, add the green onion and ginger to fry the aroma, and then add the minced meat and fry to loosen it.

Pour in a large bowl of water and boil, skim off the foam and cook for five minutes.

Add corn kernels and cook for two minutes.

Add salt, pepper, and vegetables to adjust the flavor.
Tips:
This soup should be light, without too many condiments, if there is no sweet and crisp corn, you can use other corn instead.
