Minced Meat Custard

1. The remaining meat and eggs are ready

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl

3. Add warm water, the ratio of egg to water is 1:1.5

4. Filter the egg liquid with a strainer to remove the floating dust inside

5. Pour the filtered egg liquid into a bowl, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, pierce a few eyes with a toothpick, and steam it in the pot. After the water is boiled, steam for about 10 minutes.

6. Put oil in the pot and put the chopped green onion in the pot

7. Pour in the meat and stir fry

8. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce for seasoning, no other seasonings are needed, because the seasonings are already put in the meat filling

9. Add a little water, cook it a little, and cook the minced meat, so that there will be some soup, which will be poured on the egg custard later

Tips:

The ratio of egg liquid to water is 1:1.5. If the meat is not the remaining meat filling, add salt and soy sauce to taste when frying
