Minced Meat Fried Sauce

Cut the tenderloin into minced meat.

Chop ginger and shallots and set aside.

Put the dried yellow sauce and sweet noodle sauce in a small bowl

Add a small amount of water and mix thoroughly

After the oil is hot in the pan, add the minced ginger and minced meat and stir fry

Stir-fry until the minced meat changes color, add appropriate amount of cooking wine

Pour in the prepared sauce

Change to low heat and stir-fry until the sauce is thick, sprinkle with shallots before serving
