It’s a good season for tonic in winter. I bought instant Icelandic red ginseng from JD.com. Red ginseng is a kind of sea cucumber from the 30-foot deep sea of Arctic Iceland waters. You don’t have to deal with it again when you go home, it’s very convenient to eat.

Minced Red Ginseng

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Okra cut into two pieces

3. Red ginseng cut into thin strips

4. The chopped okra is fried in a frying pan

5. Put the ginger and chopped green onion in the bottom oil of the pan and fry it until fragrant

6. Add minced lamb and stir fry

7. Stir-fry minced lamb and add a small bowl of chicken broth

8. Pour in the sliced red ginseng strips

9. Add a little cooking wine

10. Moderate seafood soy sauce

11. Boil the water and starch to thicken out the pot

12. Okra on the plate

13. The red ginseng is fried and poured into the okra plate.

Tips:

This bibimbap is very delicious, so my minced pork red ginseng soup has a bit more juice, and the okra is not visible
