Assorted Red Ginseng
1.
I use this quick-frozen Iceland red ginseng sticks delivered by JD Cold Chain.
2.
After opening the bag, refrigerate or soak to thaw.
3.
At the same time prepare assorted vegetables (corn kernels, diced carrots, green beans).
4.
Drain the red ginseng and cut into small pieces.
5.
Peel the garlic and cut into small cubes for later use.
6.
Prepare starch, water, light soy sauce, and sugar (the red ginseng is thick in meat, but it is not easy to taste, and it is not suitable for long cooking. Use the thickening method to hang the seasoning on it, not only can it taste, but also increase the smooth taste)
7.
Mix well and adjust to seasoning juice for later use.
8.
Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic.
9.
Add assorted vegetables and stir fry until half cooked.
10.
Pour the red ginseng.
11.
Add salt and a little cooking wine, stir well.
12.
Pour the seasoning juice. (At this time, there will be a little more soup in the pot, which is the water contained in the red ginseng itself)
13.
Stir-fry quickly until viscous and serve.
