Mini Bean Paste Bun

Divide 400 grams of flour into 4 servings of 100 grams each. Add milk powder, purple potato powder, pumpkin powder and spinach powder.

The sugar and yeast are dissolved in warm water, and the yeast water is divided into 4 parts.

Pour into 4 bowls of flour and mix into flocculent.

Knead it by hand to form a smooth dough, 4 colors in total, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it to ferment for 30 minutes at room temperature.

After the fermented dough, take out the kneading dough to exhaust, divide it into two equal parts, and knead each part into thin strips.

Use a rolling pin to flatten the long noodles, roll out a bit wider, and put on the long rubbed bean paste filling.

Pinch both sides tightly to close the mouth, and then rub it again to make the mouth tighter.

Cut into two finger-wide lengths.

Put it in a steamer and let it rise in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes.

Steam in a pot on cold water, bring the water to a boil over high heat and steam for 8 minutes. When time is up, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 3-5 minutes before removing the lid.
