Mini Buns

Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in the order of liquid first and then flour and knead until the expansion stage, then add the softened butter and knead until the complete stage.

Put the kneaded dough into a basin and cover with plastic wrap

Ferment in a warm place to about twice its original size.

The fermented dough is taken out and exhausted.

Divide equally into 15 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about a quarter of an hour.

Round and place in a baking dish lined with greased paper.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to 1.5 to 2 times the size in a warm and humid place.

Scratch the cross knife.

Put it in the preheated oven, 170 degrees, middle level, and bake for about 15 minutes. (Brush with a layer of melted butter after the oven is hot, or brush with a layer of whole egg liquid before drawing a cross knife)
