The mini burger looks like a prop. It tastes really delicious. Small pot friends can get it with 4 bites. Big pot friends are suitable for two bites to get the bread. The salty toast formula is used, and it tastes better than white bread burgers.

Mini Burger

1. Except butter, all the main ingredients are put into the bread machine and run the IMIX program for 20 minutes

6. Put the rested small dough into the mold

7. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the oven to ferment for 15 minutes (high indoor temperature can also be fermented at room temperature)

8. After taking it out, buckle upside down in a non-stick baking pan

9. Put it into the preheated oven, the upper and lower heat is 150°, the middle layer, bake for 15 minutes; then take out the bread mold and continue to bake for 2 minutes to make the bread color

10. Wash the lettuce, smash the egg and fry it into an omelet. Use a round biscuit mold to take the round omelet; slice the sausage and fry it until fragrant

11. Add lettuce, sausage, quiche and ketchup according to your dietary preferences
