Mini Matcha Cake

Weigh good ingredients

Add sugar to beaten egg whites three times

Mix the eggs, oil, and milk evenly.

Then add low powder and matcha powder through a sieve, add and stir well

Then add the meringue in three batches, stir evenly, pour into the mold, and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.

After roasting, let it cool and take off the mold, sprinkle some cocoa powder on the mold and eat it.
