After the finger is pulled out, the small round hole does not shrink or collapse, indicating that the fermentation is good (if the round hole shrinks, it means that the fermentation is not enough. If the round hole collapses, the fermentation is over).

Take out the fermented dough and put it in the bread machine. Knead the dough again for about 5 minutes. After the dough is exhausted, knead it into a round shape, wrap it with plastic wrap, and let it rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Then on the oiled silicone kneading pad, roll it out, and then cut out round dough pieces with a round mousse die;

Put the round pasta on a baking tray lined with greased paper, and smear it with pizza sauce;

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella;

Put vegetables, shrimp, bacon and other favorite ingredients;

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella, preheat the oven in advance, and heat up and down at 200 degrees for 10 minutes;
