Mini Planet Lollipop
1.
Cut the sugar paper according to the size and put it in a fresh-keeping bag for later use
2.
Apply a layer of white oil to the mold for later use
3.
Put 80 grams of coral sugar and 8 grams of water into a small pot, add some flavors, and heat on low heat
4.
Heat the heat to about 160 degrees, turn off the heat
5.
Lay the small pot flat and wait for the bubbles in the syrup in the pot to disappear completely
6.
Then pour a thin layer into the mold
7.
Then shake the mold to make the syrup cover the mold, if there are still bubbles, you can shake it gently to eliminate the bubbles
8.
Then tear off the plastic film of the sugar paper, turn it over and put it in the syrup, paying attention to the front and back directions, and put it aside to cool down.
9.
After placing it at room temperature for at least 3 hours, gently rub the bottom and edges of the mold with your hands first, and then slowly push the lollipop from the bottom. You can't hard-pull it. The hard-pulled candy will have defects. Put it on the plate for later
10.
Then take the remaining coral sugar, add the remaining water, and add some white pigment
11.
Then add the flavor and heat to about 160 degrees
12.
After the mold is cleaned, re-apply white oil, and then put on the stick
13.
After all the bubbles in the syrup are eliminated, slowly pour it into the mold very full
14.
After leaving it for a while, glue the previous half ball into the mold and set it aside to dry
15.
Cool for about 3 hours. Follow the previous method to push out the sugar. After the sugar is pushed out, you can rinse it with cold water
16.
The white oil on the cleaned surface still has small flaws. Insert it on the foam board. After the surface is dry, the shiny crystal lollipop is ready.
