Minions Birthday Cake
1.
Pour the egg yolk, corn oil, milk, salt and vanilla extract into the basin, and then sift the low flour into the basin
2.
Stir evenly with an electric whisk, and beat for about ten seconds, then use a spatula to stir a little
3.
Next, beat the egg whites, add the sugar in three times, add the cornstarch the last time, and send it until the egg beater has an upright sharp corner as shown in the figure.
4.
(Oven preheated at 160 degrees) First take a part of the egg whites into the batter bowl, and mix evenly
5.
Then, pour the whole batter into the remaining egg white bowl, and mix quickly and evenly with the same mixing method. The evenly mixed batter is fluffy and light
6.
Pour the mixed batter into two four-inch molds. After pouring, shake the mold on the table a few times. Shake out big bubbles, then send them to the middle layer, and bake at 140 degrees for about 40 minutes (the temperature of the oven is for reference only, because the temperature difference of each oven is different)
7.
After the cake is baked, shake it on the countertop a few times, and then quickly invert it, wait for it to cool completely before demoulding, after demoulding, we cut the cake into three pieces
8.
Spread the whipped cream distributed until eighth on the cake, just like a birthday cake, put a slice of the cake and apply a layer of cream. (My cream is over-whipped, so the surface is not smooth but it doesn’t matter that it will block when it’s painted)
9.
After wiping, use a toothpick to draw the facial features of the little yellow man, and then use a chocolate pen to draw the facial features following the drawn shape
10.
Finally, put the pigmented whipped cream into the piping bag, reduce a small opening at the front end of the piping bag, and squeeze it on the part to be filled at will. very simple
